Full-time Vice President (VP), Commercial and Legal Affairs – Media Rights Role Summary: The Vice President (VP), Commercial and Legal Affairs – Media Rights will oversee all aspects of legal advice related to WWE`s domestic and international media distribution (including negotiating and drafting contracts related to media rights agreements) as well as all aspects of WWE`s international offices and performance centers. Main tasks: • Negotiate, draft, manage, conclude and provide ongoing advice on all requested national and international television, cable and streaming media distribution agreements and related media rights agreements. • Maintenance and advice on media rights management. • Maintain ongoing and positive relationships with internal and external business partners. • Stay up to date on market and industry trends in different domestic and international entertainment sectors. • Creation and maintenance of legal documentation for WWE International Offices, Performance Centers and employees. • Provide all necessary support for ongoing entertainment-related disputes. • Collaborate with other functional areas of WWE`s Business & Legal Affairs team, including Intellectual Property, Government Affairs, Entertainment, Live Events, Sales & Sponsorships, Litigation and Corporate. • Maintain a direct and open relationship with international and media departments, including television, studios, digital, live events and music; Provide exemplary legal support and advice in all related matters.

• Monitors and assists in the management of shared paralegal resources. Qualifications: • The Vice President (VP), Business and Legal Affairs – Media Rights, has experience and must excel, particularly in high-visibility, high-stress and “roll up your sleeve” environments. The candidate must have held a similar position in a media, sports, television production or live events company and have a proven track record of skillful business management and successful negotiation on behalf of a company. • At least 10+ years of experience as a lawyer practicing media law, preferably both corporate and law firms. • Leadership and management experience in a company operating in the entertainment, media or sports industry. • Extensive experience in negotiating and drafting licensing, distribution and other commercial agreements, particularly in the entertainment or media sectors. • Experience negotiating and drafting distribution agreements with or for basic cable networks, pay cable networks and SVOD platforms (such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) is an asset. • Strong and effective negotiation skills and excellent design skills. • Attention to detail and proven ability to exercise independent judgment. • International experience is a plus with the ability to bring a global and multicultural perspective; Experience working with cross-border transactions and joint ventures, television production, licensing and value rights issues. • Law degree from a prestigious U.S. law school and must be admitted to practice in at least one U.S.

Education and/or experience: • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal/legal administrator/legal assistant in a legal department, law firm, studio or production company. • Professional skills/entertainment experience (production company, live events, studios, etc.) • Strong PC/word processing skills, including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; The ability to work with Workshare would be a plus. • Able to prioritize in a dynamic, exciting and fast-paced work environment, often in urgent deadlines. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written and oral communication skills (including spelling and grammar). • Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented. • Great professionalism/confidentiality and ability to deal politely and professionally with internal and external clients at all levels. • Willingness and ability to work overtime as required, as required by the company.
